In the footsteps of "silver moments."

This volume consisted of the lectures given on November 11, 2015 in memory of Zsuzsa Bekker at a conference organized at the Corvinus University of Budapest within the framework of the Hungarian Science Festival program series. It was here that colleagues, colleagues and students gathered to pay their respects to recall the figure and work of a prominent and respected researcher and lecturer who died in February 2015, leading the Department of History of Economic Theories for a decade and a half. The lectures given and the writings included in them in the volume are of different nature, including a regular and mature theoretical dissertation on economics, ideas or economic history, as well as a personal recollection or an extension of the young university lesson of the young person who started his career as a demonstrator. However, we consider the thematic diversity of the writings to be much more important than the different nature of the texts included, which somewhat reflects Zsuzsa Bekker's wide-ranging research knowledge and intellectual openness preserved for the rest of her life.
